Join us for a 1-hour wellness session - beginners welcome!

Hosted by UK-based yoga instructor, Anna de Sousa (https://www.annadesousa.com/), this session will include:

  • Breathwork to balance the nervous system.
  • Yoga to release tension from the body.
  • Guided relaxation to restore the mind.

Bring yourself and something to sit on and you're ready to go! A yoga mat or towel works great! Look forward to seeing you there!
