HOW TO GET THERE

We will be departing via train in the morning together and are looking forward to a fun train trip together with you! 

Departure:      Meet us at 7:45AM at the Cubicus building. We depart at 08:00AM sharp, so do not be late!
                     Alternatively, you can also meet us directly at NLR. The program starts there at 11am. 
Return:           We will be back at the UT campus around 18:00PM.

 

IMPORTANT-  HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR SIGN-UP
 

The NLR company that we will be visiting on March 11th requires some identification from you before they can permit us to tour their facilities as they perform confidential work for the defense and aviation industry. They require this information 1 week in advance of the visit.

In accordance, before March 3rd, please email Letitia.Tai-Tin-Woei@nlr.nl with the following information:

• Name
• ID type (e.g. passport, residence card)
• Document number
• Birthday and place of birth
• Komma, University of Twente, Enschede

Further, you must bring your valid ID / passport on the day of the visit, otherwise you cannot enter the building.
